I had the exact order, for the 66 loads. Only 5% promotional credit was taken off. But I talked to AMAZON customer service. They said the $15 credit will be applied after the order is delivered. The 15% did not come off only 5%. But I made note of this, and I can call them back and dispute it which I will do.
